The CADD-Legacy® PCA (Patient-Controlled Analgesia) ambulatory infusion pump provides precisely dosed medication therapy for both inpatients and outpatients. Treatment should always be supervised by a physician or other certified and licensed healthcare professional. Depending on the situation, the patient should be trained in the use of the pump and know how to troubleshoot any associated problems.
 
 The CADD-Legacy® PCA pump is indicated for intravenous, intra-arterial, subcutaneous, intraperitoneal, epidural or subarachnoid infusions.
 
 The pump is intended for therapies requiring either a continuous infusion rate, patient-controlled on-demand doses, or both (such as cases of patient-controlled analgesia).
