The Taema Osiris 3 is a compact and portable medical ventilator intended for emergency ventilation and patient transport . It has been designed for use both during intra- and inter-hospital transport as well as in pre-hospital situations, intensive care units and post-operative recovery rooms.
 The Osiris 3 allows for volume-controlled ventilation with pure oxygen or an air/oxygen mixture , as well as spontaneous ventilation with pressure support . This versatility makes it possible to manage patients requiring different levels of ventilatory support, particularly during transport.
